TOP SECRET
Its hard to go on a diet these days. I even hate the word diet. The reason its hard to go on a diet is that as consumers we are tempted everyday with sugary and fatty delights.
We have Macdonalds, BK, KFC, all that i would love to say are dicusting but i am afraid that would be a lie.
I have a weakness for a Macdonalds breakfast, i have a weakness for a bit of KFC chicken with its special flavour from time to time.
And what happens if i have a snack attack?.
I am faced with cadburys cream eggs which are terribly sugary and bad.
But want no longer.
Diet foods dont need to be tasteless and grey. You shouldnt have to limit yourself.
So stop wasting your time and start treating your palates.
You love your favourite burger but not sure what goes in it. You want the taste without the fat.
You want the gooey middle of the cream eggs but not the chocolate.
I say LOOK NO FURTHER.
I have discovered this guy - Todd Wilbur. He is ingenious. He takes an item of food and breaks it down. He can tell you how to make the perfect KFC chicken, the Big Mac or even a cadburys cream egg.
So want no more as the recipes are easy to follow and are yummy. Exactly the same as the real things but better.
So if your a fast food freak and just cant get enough of your sugary delights. I suggest you grab one of his books and do it for yourself – the healthy way.

Well it seems like a brilliant idea for all of those who are tempted. I don’t diet so I never worry about what I eat. I’m not overly keen on too much choclate and we only ever have a KFC of MCD’s on the odd occasion.
I’m just about to put my dad on a diet though so the link may prove useful!
Good luck for Friday! (I think it’s this Friday isn’t it?) xx
Yes i have to say i very rarely have KFC or junk food as its labled. But its nice for a treat.
Yes its tomorrow. THanks will let you know. x
I go for the other option: eat what I like and kill myself down the gym later
This man is already my hero. Not that I’m on a diet – I just like his ideas!
Looks really fun, but are they healthy versions, or just home made versions. Surely a home made cadburys cream egg is just as fattening as a shop bought one???
I’m lucky….. I don’t think I need to diet. You see, my skin has always been a perfect fit for my body, so I think I must be about right.
Very nice recipes!
They really are nice recepies. And no not really diet ones but it is so much easier cooking healthy when you know what is in something so you can adapt to what you need
